Please be aware of the following modifications:

  • Reservations are required, if you are able to specify a drop off or pick up time that will help staff prepare for your visit and stagger clients in the lobby .  No walk-ins will be accepted. Nail trims are available by appointment.  Reservations can be made through your DPS portal, phone 740.368.1999, or email

  • Drop off and pickup must be staggered so that no more than one (1) client is in the lobby at a time.  If you see another person in the lobby, stay in your car or in the parking lot until the lobby client has left the building and staff has had an opportunity to place their dog in the back and sanitize the door handles and leads.  We will staff based on volume, it is likely we will be utilizing only a few staff members so please anticipate extra time for drop off and pick up. It is imperative that staff sanitize between clients for everyone's safety.

  • The lobby will be closed for any activity other than using the secured sallyport.  If you need to speak to a staff person or pay for a service please call from the parking lot to complete transactions.  We recommend purchasing a package for ease of check-out. Our phone number is: 740-368-1999.

  • How to use the contactless entry/ locked sallyport:

    • Ensure the lobby is empty

    • Key 1111# on the door handle keypad

    • The door will unlock immediately, place your dog in the sallyport (there is a hook in the sallyport to secure your leash if necessary)

    • Close the dog in the sallyport (the door will lock immediately)

    • Once the locked door is closed staff will retrieve your dog and place them into the play area

    • There is a window available for you to ensure staff has retrieved your dog.  

    • Exit the building

    • Staff will then enter the lobby and sanitize the door handles before the next client enters the lobby

  • When picking up, please call from the parking lot so that staff can retrieve your dog and place them in the locked sallyport.  Retrieve your dog using the steps above. Need to make a payment?   • Grooming clients may use our curbside service.  Parking spaces are marked for this purpose.  If a grooming client prefers, they may also use the contactless sallyport located in the Daycare/ Boarding Lobby.

  • Training classes will resume June 16th.

  • We are utilizing all health recommendations including mask utilization, multiple forms of sanitizer for hands and leads, surface sanitation, counter sneeze guard, curbside surface, contactless entry, pre-shift temperature checks, and social distancing.
